Emotional patterns such as anxiety, overwhelm, and stress often live beneath conscious awareness, held within the nervous system and subconscious mind. When these patterns are met with safety rather than pressure, the system can begin to regulate and respond differently over time.

About the Practitioner
My background in hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practice has given me the tools to support deep emotional and subconscious work, but my focus is not on “fixing” you.
Instead, I guide you through understanding your nervous system responses, so you can begin to recognize why you feel the way you do and how change actually happens in a safe, sustainable way.
This process is educational as much as it is therapeutic. When you understand your patterns, you stop working against yourself and start working with your body instead.
Healing becomes less about effort, and more about awareness and safety.
