Stress and anxiety often live in the body and nervous system, not just in our thoughts. Hypnotherapy offers a gentle, trauma-informed way to support the subconscious in calming reactive patterns and restoring a sense of inner safety. Through guided relaxation and subconscious work, sessions support emotional regulation, help reframe anxious responses, and create space for greater ease and balance. This work is collaborative and paced to your nervous system; you remain aware, present, and in control throughout the process. This approach can be supportive for: - Chronic stress or overwhelm - Anxiety and persistent worry - Panic or nervous system reactivity - Difficulty relaxing or feeling at ease You do not need to relive past experiences to benefit from this work.
